Finally and honest plumber!

I have had such a hard time in the past with plumbers.  Called this company hoping that their name Done Right would live up to it's billing. Turned out my issue was much worse than I thought.  Simon came out and when rooting dirt was coming out.  He had a handy camera and showed me the video feed.  My sewer line was broken.  Ouch!! I don't have money for this right now.  Found out they have financing available.  I was able to finance the fix within one hour.

Having issues with my new water heater made by AO Smith. Called Done Right Rooter and Plumbing and John came out and got the heater up and running.  Seems there is a design flaw in the new water heaters, he was able to quickly fix it and I waited several weeks before posting this review.... It is running like a charm!

The service was free because it was under warranty and John was very helpful, he gave me great suggestions on extending the life of the water heater.  Apparently all the water heaters are having issues with the new emmisions rules in Cali. 

If you are having problems call Done Right they represent the manufacturer and do an amazing job!

The plumber who installed my water heater had no clue how to get it up and running.  Done right is the company I'm going to call for all my future plumber issues! Reading the other reviews.... I had an excellent experience with Bert over the phone, was able to schedule the appointment when I could get off work.  I didn't have to wait all day for them to come out!

Call and Schedule - they arrive on time!

I have called Done Right on many occations.  They are always very professional.  I called in because my toilet was running constantly and my water bill had been really high.  Bert told me they would be out between 1 and 1:30 which made it easy to schedule my lunch break from work.  They were on time and I absolutely love the pricing schedule - no questions about how much it would cost.  Check out the web site and read the reviews filtered - not sure what's up with Yelp but I love this company and if you read the filtered reviews you will see that many other people do too.  I asked for a bunch of cards to pass them on to my friends.  I will always call Done Right!

Clean and Quick Response too

My toilet was backing up into my bathtub which was not only gross but I thought weird?  Called a couple of plumbers and the people answering the phone could not answer my questions.

Called Done Right Rooter and Plumbing and got my answers! Yes, just what I needed Bert answered the phone and patiently explained my problem with my sewer pipes. He sent out Simon who cabled the bathtub for a very reasonable price and cleaned up the mess. 

Really? I was not expecting that kind of service.  They really care about their customers from beginning to end.  Bert even called me to tell me when Simon was on the way to my house.

I've always been a do it myself kinda guy... Draino or the plunger worked for years!!!

However, when I had a serious plumbing issue, I knew I needed professional help.  Seems the Draino had been eating away at my pipes and under the house we had several small leaks. What a mess... I sure didn't want to crawl under there and fix this one.

Called the company with the name Done Right! and got a nicely priced estimate.  They got the job done right away and all my plumbing is in working order the same day!  Thank you very much.

They installed a NUVO  water softener recently in our home.  Our area has very hard water and after fixing our ice maker numerous times and finally the washer not working (yes, that was due to calcium buildup per the washer repairman) we decided to try to save our appliances.  Within the first few hour after it was installed I was doing a load of dishes and was AMAZED when they came out sparkling without the usual 1/2 of vinegar I have been adding for 7+years.  This is a great product but remember it is a SOFTENER not a filter.  We still filter our drinking water but even that tastes better!

This is an honest company.  They did get the job" done right" and we appreciate that!

This was my first time using Done Right Rooter and Plumbing, and I couldn't have been happier. From the first phone call I made to them you could already tell that customer service was very important to them as it is to me.  Within an hour of calling them for an estimate they were at my door.  The work was written up and I agreed to the price which was much less than another plumber had quoted.

The work was done with care, shoe covers, great clean up.  The Plumber was very careful and cleaned up a huge mess.

They came out on time, quoted a very reasonable price, were clean and professional.  I also came to find out they sold TOTO toilets and had them come back on another day and put one in... I had issues with my drains, and suspected roots in the line.  I called Done Right because I read the great reviews and liked the name.  Figured with the name Done Right they would do it right.  Yes indeed they did.  Simon came out and cleared my lines and showed me with his camera where my issues were.  I did not have roots, but do have a belly in the main between my house and the street. Now I can get it fixed properly.  THANKS DONE RIGHT you do provide great service.

I have used this company before for some drain cleaning, but I needed a new hot water heater for the company I work for and I called Done Right. They sent a tech out quickly and  found the my hot water heater needed to be replaced. They gave me a  price that was half of what I  paid to install the current heater. They installed it the same day and saved me from losing business. I would recommend this company to my friends and other businesses.  John was the technician who helped me, he was knowledgeable and  professional.

PAY NO ATTENTION to bad reviews - These guys are GREAT!!!

We had a leak in the pipe under our kitchen sink.  Getting under the house was a struggle, but Glenn came out and did the job with a great attitude.  Replaced a section of pipe and took pictures so we knew exactly what he had done.  Awesome!!!

I have used Done Right several times and they always have a great attitude and are very helpful!

Our house was built in 1962 and had cast iron sewer pipes.  Over the years, as clogs built up at the joints, our tub and clothes washer would back up.  Recently, as the problem became more frequent, I realized that the combination of my drum cleaning machine and blasting out my sewer pipes with water was not going to keep up with the problem any longer.

I was impressed with the web site that Done-Right has, and decided to give them a call.  I first spoke with Bert, and he explained what the probable causes could be, and he also informed me those repairs can get costly, depending on how serious they are.  He gave me a "ballpark" estimate of what those repairs can cost, and asked me if those figures were in my range.  I told him they were, and we scheduled a home inspection for the following day.

The next day, Oscar phoned and asked if he could come to my house earlier than the scheduled time.  I said yes, and he was here about 20 minutes later.  After I explained to him the problems we've been having and what I personally thought was causing the problem, he agreed and went under our house to inspect our old sewer pipes.  He gave me a written estimate to replace all of the cast iron pipes with ABS, and I was happy with his professional explanation of how the job would be done. 

The following day, Oscar and Glenn started the job.  Our house doesn't have as much working room underneath it as some newer homes have.  This kind of work requires two people, and is a tough job.  With two days of limited working room and hard work, they completely dug out the buried pipes, removed the visible pipes, and replaced them all with new ABS sewer pipe. 

During this work, they kept our downtime to an absolute minimum, and it was very easy to live with during this period.  They put plastic over our carpets, and went out of their way to keep things clean.

What more could one ask for?

These guys are freaking AMAZING!  I had a hot water heater go out so I called them up.  The owner Burt was very nice and professional.  The morning of they were running a bit late and Burt called me to tell me about it.  People sometimes run late, its no big deal, but I rarely get a call to let me know about it.  The fact that he would call me up and apologize several times really meant a lot.

The technician, John, came out.  The guy was an ABSOLUTE pro.  He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the heater back up and running.  Then he pointed out that my heater was set a bit too hot.  He told me that at that temperature it could cause burning in one minute, but if he turned it down a bit it would take 6 minutes to cause a burn, and would also save me a lot of money.

I was totally blown away that he would notice this, tell me about it and that he was so damn knowledgable.

Then he took the time to show me how to service the heater so I could get more mileage out of it.

I really can't remember the last time I have had such a pleasant customer support experience and I really can't recommend them highly enough.  Definitely ask for John.  This guy knows more about water heaters than Lance Armstrong knows about cycling.

We just moved into our house and needed a new valve and supply line for our fridge.  We had a copper line ready to be installed but Oscar advised us to go with stainless steel and explained the reasons why.  He was thorough and patient with his explanation. 

I probably would've given 5 stars had they called earlier to let me know they'd be late.  I expected tardiness given it was raining but I didn't get a call until over a half hour after the appointment time.

we've had done right out three times and they are punctual. Work has been done professionally. Not cheap, but they are neat and upfront with pricing. Would recommend for the fact you aren't stuck waiting all day for a plumber to arrive.

I discovered my water heater leaking badly late in the afternoon.  Done- Right sent two trucks out within an hour and they diagnosed the problem, shut off the water heater and said they'd be back with a new heater by 9:30 AM the following day.  The installer showed up on time and had the new heater up and working in about an hour.  On time, fast, knowledgeable, friendly and the price was reasonable.   My daughter had a very positive experience with Done-Right also.  I would definitely call them again.

My water heater stopped working all of a sudden.  I called Doneright Rooter and they came out next day.  They identified the problem (leaking water) right away.  My water heater needs to be replaced.  They brought a new water heater and had it installed the same day.  Good service and reasonable price!

They could not be better.  Burt was helpful on the phone and actually felt bad they couldn't get someone out in an hour.  Oscar showed up and spent the next 2.5 hours working his butt off  unclogging our upstairs drains.  He was funny, knowledgeable, patient and most of all helpful.  Look no further!

Burt answers the phone, provvides advice and guides his crew effectively. when my water heater puddled, he told me what to do, arranged a quick response and sent his Senior Plumber to check it out, and then same day a competent plumber to replace the water heater. It was our first time using  Done-Right ! Rooter and Plumbing and it won't be our last. On Saturday morning, we were experiencing a sewage drainage problem with the main line. There was sewage coming up in both bathrooms. Ernie, Senior Plumber with 17 years of experience was able to give us a quick assessment over the phone. He was on our site in 45 minutes. Upon his arrival, he was very efficient in a completing a thorough assessment and informing us of the costs up front. He completed the job and got rid of the blockage in less than two hours. He has a great attitude, very entertaining, and super efficient. I highly recommend Ernie and Done-Right !

You talk about customer service!  We had a running toilet.  Their technician came out and charged us to replace the flush valve. During the night we could hear the toilet running, off and on, about every 20 minutes.  I told my husband, "Well it doesn't sound like the job was done right."  The next day, I called and was told not to worry because they will come out and install a new toilet.  I said, will you credit your time for the previous work?  They said they will do better than that.

They came out, installed a nice new toilet... Free!  I did not pay for the toilet or the labor. They said sometimes it's better to just replace the toilet than repair it.

I got several estimates on a 50 gallon water heater and they were much lower than the others.  They gave me a quote over the phone and held to it when they showed up.  I see why they have good reviews.  There was no double talk.  Showed up and wrote out the cost, gave me 12% off and went to work.

They did a nice job installing a shower valve.  They did not have to open the wall on the other side.  Oscar used the opening the trim plate was covering up.  He saved me money on drywall repair.  Another plumbing company wanted to open a big hole on the other side.

Garbage disposal was frozen.  Technician had a special wench to put down the drain, and was able to unfreeze it.  He was out in 5 minutes and only charged me $85.  Last time I had rescue rooter out and they charged me $135.

Our water heater was not staying lit.  My husband took it a part. I mean everything. It was like taking the toaster apart and then can get it back together.  So I call tech suport and they before I knew it Bert at done right call and scheduled a time out which was on time.  John shows up grabs all the part and assembles the wate heater back.  then he started testing an dignosing and foudn the valve was bad.  He went ot his truck and pulled out a new valve and had us up and running again.  Cool!  I'll know to call them next time I have any other plumbing calls.

I woke up Monday morning and found my water heater leaked all over the place.  I got 3 quotes over the phone.  Done Right quote me a price just over $900 and said that included bring it up to code.  The other 2 said $800 to $1000 and when they showed up they wanted more money. One wanted $1200 and the other was $1500.  I called done right plumbing back and they said there was no gimmicks, no up selling.  I agreed over the phone to their price.  They came out and listed everything that it would take to bring it up to code for same price over the phone.  The guy was done in about 3 hours.  They were right, no gimmicks.

I was looking to buy a Toto Toilet on Line and found Done Right Rooter and Plumbing.  Their prices on their web site for toto toilet were low.  I could have bought one on line and had it shipped, but this plumbing company was selling them for about the same price.  They have really good reviews on yelp and I thought $124 was a great price to install.  I have had toilets replaced in the past for about $150. These guys came out; on time; quick; clean; professional... ya, no complaints.

I had a plumber from another plumbing company install a water heater just 3 days ago and it was not staying lit.  I call A.O. Smith and they referred me to Done Right Rooter as their service warranty technician.  I was told by done right if the water heater is not working because of an installation issue; I would have to pay for the tech time.  I was mad because I just paid over $1500 for a new water heater.  The tech showed up and with his Oms meter, he quickly identified it was the gas control valve.  Very professional and never bad mouth the plumber who install the water heater.  I don't trust service contractors, but I was very impressed. He did not charge me, and gave me some great pointers on how to make the water heater last as long as possible.

We had a simple faucet to be installed in our kitchen.  However, it was not so simple.  The bolt on the faucet under the sink was frozen.  It took the plumber almost 1.5 hours to get it out.  Installing the faucet went much faster, and the technician cleaned up after himself.  My sink and floor was not scratch up, and my faucet is working perfectly.

I would give them as high a rating as possible.
My water heater was not working. John came in less than 2 hours. He found out that two parts were damaged. He did not have one part and told us that he might be able to find the part the next day (Saturday) or else it might be monday. But when he realised that we have an infant baby, he went the extra mile to get the part for us as early as 7:00 am and our water heater was up an running by saturday morning. I really appreciate John's effort to get the water heater up and running.

Well, my memory of what happened differs from what Done-Right says happened. When they couldn't open the cleanout, I was actually wondering if they might suggest cutting, but they never mentioned that. They also did not offer to pull toilets as a solution. They went on the roof after we discussed it and I was fine with it. They ended up not billing me for that but since they didn't fix our problem, I didn't feel too guilty not paying for that part. We have a cleanout, but they couldn't open it. Odd thing was, the second company came and opened it right away. Regarding the estimate, I don't quite understand what he is talking about: 3 jobs versus all under one price. If they have a way to lower the price, of course we will take it :), but it needs to be upfront. Coming back with a different price after a few days feels underhanded from a customer's point of view.

They could not unclog our drain and concluded that the problem was in our main sewer line. We wanted to do the job right, so we asked for an estimate to replace the sewer line. It was going to cost nearly 10K. Naturally, I called around for a second estimate, but the second company came out and unclogged the drain. When we didn't get back to Done-Right, a guy called and said his boss told him the estimate he gave us was too high and he offered a significantly lower estimate. Why didn't they give us a fair estimate in the first place?

This customer did not allow us to do the job right.
She didn't want us to cut the frozen cleanout cap in the garage, off. So we ran the cable thru the laundry stand pipe in the garage.  The cable got stuck about 35 feet out.  After much struggling, we got the cable out, but it was useless because it was bent all out of shape.  We then offered to go on the roof; however, she did not want to pay extra.  Going the extra mile, Ernie went up on the roof anyway.  He ran cable, could not get through the blockage.  When he pulled the cable back and out of the vent pipe, the cable was full of ROOTS.  The customer had roots in the main line.  We offered to pull toilets to cable the main, but customer refused.  Customer had no cleanout.  Customer then wanted an estimates to do 3 separate jobs, each having it's own price, that's why it added up to 10k.   If we could do it all under one price,  it would have been cheaper.  I, the owner of the Done Right, called back after 3-4 days to see if we could help with the pricing. 
If the customer would have allowed us to do the job right by allowing us the remove the frozen cap for better access, and later allowed us to pull his toilets to cable with a bigger blade, none of this would have happened.

My water heater broke down yesterday. Since the heater was still under warranty (6 year warranty expiring in March 2011) I called the heater manufacturer and they gave me the number for  Done-Right.

John arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem right away, it was a bad thermocoupler that needed to be replaced. It took him around 30 minutes to replace the part and he also cleaned out the flame arrestor area at the base of the heater.

John could answer any question I had for him with detailed answers, very impressive! He increased my limited understanding of how these heaters work, thanks John.

I would definitely recommend Done-Right for water heater repairs and would call them again if I have any more problems in the future or want to install a new heater in the future.

Background: Later Friday evening, came home to a trail of water coming from my garage. As the garage door opened, noticed the water coming from my heater. First thing that came to mind was "Who can I call at this late of the evening?" After cleaning up the water leak, hopped on yelp to research available plumbers in the area. After reading several feedbacks, called over 12 plumbers, and found Done-Right as the friendliest and most helpful company. Ernie, who initially took my call,  was very pleasent and professional. He explained several options to take and help ease the situation.
    On Monday morning John came to inspect the water heater and provided a fair price. During the entire process, he explained thoroughly what will be done. In addition, he addressed my concerns by covering the Hows and whys which I thought was very professional of him to do. It caught me by surprise since there are not too many service companies that will explain the details with you.
    At the end of the install, not only did he complete the job on time, he went above and beyond to address my concerns by following through. Through the entire process, he made me feel as I was part of the project. Will not hesitate to use them again or recommend anyone to use them. In fact, a follow up email to my HOA group to recommend Done-right to be a preffered vendor.

They helped me to clear the tree roots in the sewage main pipe in the first call a year ago. In a month ago, I called them on Monday and they sent a plumber to swap out my leaking water heater in 3 hours. The new heater is working fine. Was having problems with the washer & kitchen sink line so I spent the early party of Sunday morning checking out what fellow Yelpers had to say about local plumbers.  I called & left messages on several answering machines but Ernie from Done Right Rooter was the first to call me back...within about 20 minutes.  He arrived at the time specified & within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was...snaked the line &  done.  Ernie is a very likable, professional & we are so glad we went with Done Right Rooter.  Now we know who to call for future plumbing issues!.

We had an old kitchen sink faucet that unexpectedly started leaking. Since I had actually just purchased a new kitchen sink faucet, I wanted to have the leak investigated at the same time as I had the faucet installed, just to be sure there weren't any bigger-issue problems going on. The first plumber I called flat-out rejected me and said they 'don't install customer-supplied parts.' Eh? I called Done Right and Ernie came out the next morning. They quoted me a flat rate for the job, which I ended up really appreciating because the whole thing took over 4 hours - not the fault of the plumber. It turns out the sink faucet was so rusted that Ernie literally had to saw it off from the top to be able to loosen it up and remove. (Have never seen a metal saw in action, it was crazy.) The actual installation of the new faucet went very quickly. The job was messy but Ernie was very meticulous at clean-up, which I also appreciated. Turns out there was still a little leak the next morning - Ernie came out right away and tightened everything up, no charge, and we haven't had a problem since. I'd definitely call these guys again.

I noticed a problem with my shower drainage last week. Whenever we use the upstairs shower and toilet, the downstairs shower drainage spills out sewage liquids including shredded toilet paper!  I looked on yelp for credible plumbers and decided to give Done Right Rooter and Plumbing a try given their high ratings.

I first called in to describe the problem and get a diagnosis over the phone. The guy over the phone immediately identified it as a problem with clogging in the drainage pipe.  Some other plumber companies I called had a receptionist pick up and they wouldn't know any technical details, which is very annoy and slow.  This guy over the phone for Done Right Rooter and Plumbing was very knowledgeable and very straight forward with the charges.  For sewer cleaning, they charge $85 for the first 75 feet of the cable, and an additional $95 for up to 150 feet. There's also a $15 Truck Surcharge just to have the guy come out.

Kevin was the plumber that came to our house to fix the problem. He was right on time, was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to explain the problem and give details. I've met other plumbers and handy-men in the past who cannot explain the problem and would charge you an arm and a leg for some ambiguous problem that you don't understand.  Kevin was totally the opposite.  He'd think of all the ways to help you save money and can answer all your questions while being straightforward and informative. He was able to get the job done well under an hour and even helped us diagnose a few other minor problems with our faucets. He also called the next week to check up on us just to make sure the drainage problem did not reoccur.  What great service!!

One weird thing was that we weren't able to get an official 30-day warranty from the company for this work. The reason was that our cleanout may not have been properly installed, so they did not want to take liability for that.  However, Kevin said he'd be willing to come back anytime within the 30-days, if we find recurring problems. 

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Kevin and Done Right Plumbing.  If they maintain such high quality standard of service for years to come, I'd definitely hire them back and recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs!!

In this day and age when you need a plumber, you feel like you have to bend over and grab your ankles, cause you know you're going to get screwed. That was then.

Kevin from Done Right Rooter and Plumbing has since changed my opinion about this business. Whether it's for our restaurant or the house, Done Right is who we call. Kevin is the only person we have dealt with here, but he represents the company well.

Our latest issue was a toilet that needed replacing. Kevin though that the unit needed to be replaced, but suggested to repair the leaking tank in order to save us money. He told us that if the repair didn't take, he would apply that labor cost to putting in a new toilet. The crack in the tank was too fine for the repair to be successful. True to his word, Kevin came back the next day and replaced the toilet and charged us only for the commode.

It's extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic, HVAC repair, electrician, etc. That's why It is great to have a company like Done Right Rooter and Plumbing in our corner. Kevin has done many jobs for us, and we will continue to request him.

I had a plumbing emergency when my hot water heater (in my attic) went bad and was leaking into my ceiling.  Done Right had their team over within an hour of my call and successfully removed the old one (no small task given it was in the attic!) and replaced it with a brand new one.  My system was not an ordinary hot water heater, it was an Apollo HydroHeat system which apparently scares other plumbers away.  Not Done Right!.  They were professional, on time, well prepared and did a fantastic job.  I unfortunately have had my fair share of plumbing issues and these guys are by far the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers I have ever dealt with.  I won't use anyone else ever again!

We called Done Right for an emergency repair of our tankless water heater. They were very quick to respond, professional, and stayed until 6pm to ensure that the electrician had done his piece so that we could have hot water. Excellent service-as we all know, it's very rare. I couldn't recommend them more.

They came within an hour of my phone call as promised and very efficently fixed my plumbing problem at a reasonalbe price.  The plumber was nice and polite and explained exactly what was wrong and what had to be done to correct the problem.

Great crew and excellent customer service.  Bert and crew spent the better part of a few days replacing old galvanized pipe with copper for a bathroom remodel. They were efficient, knew their stuff, and pleasant to work with.  I plan on having them back for some future work.

The plumber in a work van and in uniform arrives at my house.  I was pleasantly surprised when he put a shoe bootie on so that he wont dirty my floor.  He was careful with his equipment because I had hardwood floors.  He was meticulous and tried to solve the problem and even wiped my toilet and floor when he was done!   Really polite and the price is what you would expect.  Really professional.

I don't know how this company has so many positive reviews both here and on http://yellowpages.com, but the customer service over the phone was rude, blatant, and indifferent.  I asked about a gas line repair and the person on the phone told me: "gas lines are a waste of my time.  We're very expensive and I've found that when I come out to do estimates people always go with someone cheaper..."  I was left dumbfounded.  They act like they don't even need your business.  After that encounter, I wonder if all their positive reviews are even legitimate.

These guys did a great job....it was a simple drain cleaning, but they quoted a time and a price and were here when they said they were going to be, were respectful of our home, and charged us what they quoted us.  I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had problems when I had my kitchen remodeled.  The contactor wanted more money half way through the remodel.  They ordered the wrong style cabinets, and blamed me.  It just took forever it seemed.  After several months of counseling, I decided to move on and focus on getting my tub lined or replaced, so I called bath fitters.  Holy cow!  They wanted $7,200 for two days worth of work.  The sales person would never leave.  However, luck turned my way, I needed a faucet installed, so I called Done Right Rooter and plumbing because of their 5 star reviews on the internet.  They did a nice job, and it was great service.  It was "yes mam, no mam." John was great! When he gave me my copy of the invoice he handed me a flyer card indicating they do bathroom remodels.  I asked for an estimate to replace my tub.  Bert the owner came out to give the bathroom remodel estimate.  He did not presser me, polite and was very detailed.  I got a new tub, acrylic walls, and free solid cherry cabinet for the third of the cost that bath fitter had quoted.  They did the job quick, they were clean, polite, and they did not try to charge me more than the original estimate. I am very happy with their work, and I just want other people to know.  Thank you done right for a wonderful bathroom remodel.

This is the best rooter company I've hired in the past thress years.  We had a bad water back up from laundry, kitchen sink to bathroom.  John came right on time and diagnosed the problems step by step.  He patiently explained what he was doing and why.  After several tests, he found that source of clog from the kitchen sink and used several tools to break down the clog.  Afterwards, he ran tests from the sinks and cleaned up very nicely. 
I am amazed at the professionalism, efficiency and decency of this plumbing company.  John did not overcharge me by doing any uneffective repair.  He told me the estimate up front and hold up to his end to resolve the problem.  I highly recommend Done Right Rooter.  (Hopefully I won't have any plumbing problem agan and don't have to call Done-Right anymore.)

This morning a plumber diagnosed the problem of a new pinhole opening
in a copper pipe (fifth hole to appear on the same pipe in the past three weeks ) in a bathroom.  He randomly called Done Right Rooter whose number he found in the San Jose Yellow Pages.   An appointment was made for this afternoon, however, the dispatcher called to let me know that they were running behind schedule and that the plumber would be a little late which wasn't a problem.    John arrived and let me know about several technical issues regarding the "roll copper" pipe which I really appreciated.  He then got to work and made sure that the repair was done correctly instead of resorting to a flimsy albeit easier quick fix.  The repair was done in a few minutes, and afterwards, John was very concerned about cleaning up after himself and even offered to cover his shoes before entering my house with "light carpet"  (I told him that it wasn't a problem).    I hope that I do not have any more plumbing issues, however, I feel a bit relieved that at least I found a reliable plumber just in case something happenes.

My experience with this company was directly with the owner (Larry Jimenez) and Chris.  They are both professionals and very personable.  They did not have any problems with explaining things and even mentioned that we should feel free to watch and ask questions. 

They were both on time, with Chris even calling ten minutes before his scheduled time-frame for arrival on the first day he came out.  Chris took care of various faucet fixture internal maintenence where fragments of something from an old water heater were sent down pipes (stuff with valves and cartridges), and we of course then had a new water heater put in.  No problems with these folks, and I highly recommend them for no-nonsense, professional work.

I hope that I don't need a major plumbing upgrade/repair anytime soon, but if I do...I'm calling Done Right Rooter and Plumbing!!!

When we had serious cloggage issues, Chris arrived within 45 minutes of calling, 5:00 on a friday afternoon. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Rooted the main line from the house to the street, and we were all better in no time. I would call them first without hesitation.

I wondered if I should give a 5 Star review - after all, how do I know if this is REALLY as good as it gets (Woohoo!).  Well, let me say that I was so satisified that I would not look for another plumber. So, in my book its as good as it gets.  We had a major drain problem, and never felt intimidated or overcharged.  We did get an estimate from Allstar Plumbing, and Done Right was over $400 less.

called Done Right Rooter and Plumber due to the excellent reviews they received on http://YellowPages.com. Eugenio was on time (in fact early) and came on a Saturday morning. He was knowledgeable and was able to identify the source of the leak and fix it. He gave me the pricing before he began. He also pointed out some non critical plumbing work I should think about having fixed. He did not try to get me to have the work done immediately. I highly recommend Done Right Rooter and Plumbers. I intend to use them

I manage ten commercial properties and have been using Done-Right Plumbing for probably a couple of years now. We have used them for various issues (toilets, water heaters, tree roots in the sewer clean -out, etc.) and in every case, we have been very happy with how responsive they have been and the work they have done. We have received no complaints from our tenants, they all seem to like Bert and his team.  Last year, we had to have our office toilet replaced, and the wrong one was installed. Done-Right immediately corrected the issue, no problem at all. Their pricing has been reasonable as well. I  would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experiences.

I used this company through a search online regarding issues with calcium deposits occurring through our newly installed Tankless Water Heater.  After speaking to the owner he suggested a flush of the new water heater and said the tech could be out by 12PM, which he promptly arrived.  After consoltation regarding upgrades to the system he suggested I approved the work... the workmanship was very good... price was VERY FAIR and it was done VERY quickly... much faster than I thought it would get done...
