We carry 150 feet of 5/8" cable for main line cleaning; and
We carry 75 feet of 3/8" cable for secondary lines such as sinks, tubs, and showers; and
We carry 50 feet for cabling secondary lines from the roof, single story only.
Some customers don't know if they have a cleanout. We charge $45 which is credited towards the $95 flat rate fee to verify a cleanout exist and it's accessible. If a cleanout is not available, we look at cabling from the roof. If a vent for sink is not available, the next step is to pull the J-Trap under the sink to make the drop with the cable. To cover our time, we extra charge $20 more to pull and re-install the existing J-trap with a warranty. However, if the customer does not want to pay the extra $20, and wants to call someone else, we collect only $45 to cover our time and gas.
