You must be prepared that we reserve the right to either except, reject, or counter act your bid proposal.
Conditions
1) We reserve the right to choose which day we want do the job.
2) This bid request is not a contract, but only a tool between the customer and DRRP to negotiate on a possible price to install, replace, drain clean or make plumbing repair.
3) Job will not be excepted by DRRP until plumbing technician at the job site has:
a) Confirmed the job was described and diagnosed correctly by the bidder.
b) Prepared a written estimate which the property owner signs before any work begins.
